Unit Title: Ancient Rome

Unit Overview:

The student will examine the political, economic,
geographic, and social characteristics of Ancient
Rome. This unit will focus on the achievements
and contributions of the Ancient Romans and the
rise and the fall of the Roman Empire.

Political and social structures in Ancient Rome
including the development of the Ancient Roman

Research famous Roman emperors/leaders
and their achievements and contributions.


Examine the development of the Roman
Republic govt. system

Describe and illustrate the rise and the fall
of the Roman Empire.

 

Examine the life of Julius Caesar including his
conquests and achievements
