Certified Staff Survey on Bonus
(Classified Staff will vote by paper ballot)
On April 19, the Rogers Board of Education approved a recommendation from the district administration to pay a non-recurring bonus to full-time certified staff this school year in the amount of $500, and a proportional amount to part-time certified staff. In addition, the school board approved a non-recurring bonus of 1.1299% for classified staff, not to exceed $500.
To legally change salaries during the school year, a majority of both certified and classified must approve the modification in salary. Please cast your vote by clicking on the link below to respond either:
